• The general objective of this tracer study is to verify key performance indicators (KPIs) and to collect feedback from the graduated trainees financed by the SDF under the Outputs 2 and 3 of the SFESDP.
• The specific objectives of this assignment have two main purposes: To assess employment outcomes and employer satisfaction of SDF-financed training graduates, and identify implications for improving training providers and training program design, and To validate the KPIs of the SDF-funded skills training projects.
• This assignment has two main tasks as follows: Task 1.
• Analysis of feedback from the graduated trainees and employers on the training providers and training programs Task 2.
• Verification of KPIs for awarded skills training projects.
