About the role

Manage the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) hopper in transit and Cash-in Kiosk Machines (CiM) cash collection process, including handling errors.
Refill cash into ATMs and collect cash from CiMs accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to bank procedures.
Manage ATM hopper in transit and verify cash before loading into ATM cassettes.
Track serial numbers to maintain accurate cash accounts for fraud investigation.
Load cash into ATM cassettes correctly for accurate dispensing.
Collect cash from CiM to ensure smooth self-deposit service and identify damaged bills.
Verify cash amounts on receipts against actual cash for ATM and CiM operational accuracy.
Work with tellers to perform cash counting, sorting, calculating, and bundling of bank notes.
Monitor ATM and CiM errors and collaborate with ATM and POS Terminal personnel for timely resolutions.
Promote the Bank’s products and services to enhance brand awareness and customer traffic.

Requirements

Hold a high diploma or any associate degree.
Obtain none or less than 1-year relevant working experience.
Possess good customer service, math, and computer skills.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
Have strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
