• Construction of 4 vegetable collection centers.
• The project is located in Banteay Meanchey Province, Battambang Province, and Pailin Province.

All bid documents must be submitted by June 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be considered. Bid documents must include tax value if applicable. Payment will be made within 30 days after receiving goods or services and invoice. Suppliers must provide:

• Copy of business registration certificate
• Business certificate or license or similar document
• Copy of tax registration, tax payment certificate or similar document
• Company structure information (Company Director/Owner name)
• Audited financial statements for the last two years or tax payment documents or other similar documents.
• No court cases within the last 3 years.
• Signed conflict of interest declaration showing any relationship with World Vision Cambodia staff.
• Signed Code of Conduct policy.
• Signed WV's Safeguarding policy.
