About the role

To design, develop, and maintain comprehensive credit training programs for all credit-related staff who are required to learn and acquire new and updated credit knowledge to ensure that both new and existing credit personnel are equipped with essential lending skills, knowledge of the Bank’s credit policies, procedures, systems, products, and services, in alignment with the Bank’s goals and objectives.
Handle day-to-day training activities, including scheduling, and delivering training programs to the onboarding employees, managing training resources, and coordinating with Training and Development Department of the Human Resources to ensure accurate target staff participation, as well as supporting other projects as needed.
Develop e-learning courses and programs that empower staff to independently enhance their skills, with required test completion as part of the training course requirements.
Provide technical expertise to the Course Instructional Design by collaborating to design, develop, and update training materials in response to new updates, ensuring alignment with needs and staff expectations.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes using appropriate tools to ensure staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Take the lead in developing additional training programs and courses, such as coaching, leadership skills, and other practical courses, to strengthen the capacity of middle branch management.
Conduct team reflections and class inspections to ensure that trainers' capabilities, delivery methodologies, teaching techniques, and materials are applied effectively and efficiently.
Regularly review and update all training materials to ensure alignment with the latest directives and memos issued by the management of Credit Function.
Take the lead in delivering on-field and online coaching to credit staff, ensuring the development of key competencies that enhance job performance, productivity, and quality.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) or self-assessments among Credit staff to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs for existing staff.
Strengthen staff competency in adhering to the newly revised policies, procedures, and guidelines through in-class and on-site training sessions.
Track training progress and provide timely reports to Head of Credit Training Unit on a semi-annual and annual basis.
Take initiative to contribute to the overall performance and success of the Credit Training Unit.
Complete the tasks assigned within the given deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in banking/finance, management, accounting, , or economics, preferably in the specialization of management degree.
Minimum two years of relevant experiences on Credit Training in financial industry, or minimum three years of relevant experiences in Credit at banking or financial institutions.
Good understanding and hand-on experiences of Credit policies, procedures, techniques in banking industry.
Excellent lesson planning, classroom management, training delivery and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Bank branch operations, rules and regulations, law, and risk management.
Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s Software.
Good leadership, Staff supervision, training/coaching, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Honesty, positive attitude, self-improvement attributes.
Demonstration of strong confidence and public speaking skills and the ability to work without supervision.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
