ABOUT THE ROLE Sales Supervisor plays a hands-on leadership role in guiding and motivating the sales team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets, balancing team supervision with client-facing responsibilities. WHAT YOU ILL DO Monitor daily sales executive activity targets like calls, meetings, and demos. Provide coaching, product training, and technique guidance. Enforce compliance with sales scripts, CRM standards, and schedules. Support team meetings, presentations, and deal closures. Qualify and distribute leads strategically. Manage a personal pipeline to hit monthly quotas. Track daily metrics using CRM systems. Generate reports on leads, demos, proposals, and closed deals. Address underperformance early through support or escalation. Coordinate with Marketing to convert campaign leads. Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams on customer alignment. Assist management with sales forecasting and planning.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. 2 to 4 years in B2B sales, with 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong consultative selling knowledge, with SaaS experience preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools. Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English.
