About the role

Process and analyze small loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, and credit checking to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Solicit both existing and new clients according to small loan policies and procedures to ensure secured loans.
On-board new small loans to ensure delivery of disbursement target.
Explain different loan types and credit options available, as well as service terms for cross-selling.
Collect all required client documents for loan application.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity to determine loan feasibility.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records to prevent fraud.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment to obtain in-depth information and ensure loan security.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer cases to the supervisor.
Process registration of title deeds at local authorities and land offices.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High Diploma or Associate Degree in finance and banking, accounting and/or relevant field.
Fresh graduate or less than one year of experience in credit/loan processing, sales or customer services is an advantage.
Good sales, problem solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of banking products and service/lending part is preferable.
Harding, commitment, ability to communicate and self-motivated.
Be able to travel based on location set.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
