Support on Issuance of Infrastructure Project Bond

• CAPRED will provide financial support to reduce the issuance costs of infrastructure project bonds.
• For bond issuance size of USD50 million and above, CAPRED offers up to 25% of total issuance costs and USD10,000 for roadshows to reach untapped markets for Cambodia's securities.
• For bond issuance size between USD10 million to below USD50 million, CAPRED offers up to 50% of total issuance costs.
• Submitted applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications meeting all eligibility requirements will proceed to internal review and due diligence checks.

Applications must meet all eligibility requirements in Section 3, including accurate submission of application forms and documents for internal review and environmental and social management system (ESMS) assessment.
