Description

As Hospital Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to oversee daily operations, with a strong focus on team management, organisation, and growth.
Ultimately you will report to the Clinical Director.
Managing a team of 2 full-time vets, 3 nurses, 3 receptionists, 1 groomer and 1 Cleaner.
Handling rosters, annual leave, and workflow to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Overseeing marketing, events and outreach programmes.
Identifying areas for improvement in bookings and hospital efficiency.
Ensuring the team runs effectively, even in your absence.
Collaborating alongside the hospital's leadership to implement positive changes.

Requirements

A background as a vet nurse.
Experience in a leadership or management role within a veterinary practice or similar setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to identify and solve operational challenges.
A confident, proactive leader who can establish authority while working collaboratively.
A good understanding of clinic flows, client service, and growth strategies.
References required.
