DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparing and filing delivery documents (DO, invoices, POD).
Support Logistics Admin with data entry and performance tracking for both company and outsource trucks.
Help coordinate with outsourced truck providers on communication and documentation.
Group communicate with Sales, Warehouse, and teams to ensure alignment on deliveries.
Assist in preparing route plans and weekly reports.
Perform ad-hoc administrative support tasks as assigned.
EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate Diploma in Year 3–4 Student.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills Good communication skills for cross-department and vendor coordination.
Willingness to learn cold-chain and truck operations.
