About the role

Provide comprehensive oral care to patients at AHC and outreach locations.
Promote oral health awareness to patients and caregivers through oral health education.
Strengthen capacity of dental staff by sharing knowledge and experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Dental Department.

Requirements

General and Technical Skills: Doctorate in Dentistry or higher level recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Registration: Must be registered with the Cambodian Dental Council.
Work Experience: Not required, but preference will be given if available.
Confident in using English both in writing and speaking professionally.
Able to proficiently perform the following dental treatment procedures: Pulpotomy, tooth extraction, filling, root canal treatment, incision and drainage, dental sealants.
Proficient in English and Khmer (written/spoken/listening).
Computer literacy.
Soft Skills: Honest and trustworthy.
Ability to work under pressure due to high patient volume.
Willingness to travel to outreach locations with our staff occasionally.
Eagerness to learn and share knowledge and experience.
Willingness to learn and improve knowledge.
Flexibility in working hours and ability to work day shifts or on-call shifts.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment with participation from other departments and ability to work in any section of the hospital.
Energetic and diligent.
Honest and righteous.
