About the role

Involve in developing and implementing employee and labor relations policies and guidelines to be consistent with corporate philosophy, needs and relevant labor legislation to promote a harmonious and effective culture.
Responsible for HR compliance for all campus including opening and closing enterprise, internal rule, staff declaration in and out, processing ing permit and quota for expiate staff etc. to Ministry of Labor.
Keep up to date and closely with ministry regarding inspector and any other compliances shall be implemented.
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation and so on.
Administrator to payroll calculation including OT, allowance, attendant, bonus calculation etc. Local regulatory compliance with ministry of labor and tax filing/withholding (including NSSF, seniority pay, pension fund, private insurance etc.).
Coordinate with private insurance and NSSF to assist to staff claim process or any other concern to ing accident and health problem.
Filling and manage the staff document including the other compliance document.
Support to conduct periodic audits and preparing reports.
Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor degree is desirable, Administration Degree or relevant fields.
2year+ experience with Compliance or related field.
Broader knowledge of the general HR procedures and processes.
Good ing knowledge of MS Office.
Good interal skills.
An effective Team player.
Good communication and negotiate skills.
Able to under pressure.
Sound knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law/Compliance.
