About the role

Responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging all subject that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
Support students in developing problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and understanding appropriate to their grade level.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and co Manage classifying and labelling books and materials in a library Ensure library facilities, resources, and equipment are clean, safe, well-organized, and attractive to provide a positive user experience.
Organize and facilitate reading sessions, storytelling, reading days, and literacy-promoting activities Support and cooperate with teachers and staff in conducting reading programs, storytelling, and literacy activities.
Contribute to the professional growth and continuous improvement of library, collaboration, and participation in professional development activities.
Respect child rights, privacy, and policies while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive reading environment for all students.
Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Education, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in education, library management, or community projects (an advantage).
Ability to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel & power point).
Basic of management information system (MIS) is a plus and Strong organizational, communication, and team skills, with the ability to effectively with students, teachers, and community stakeholders.
