Description

Provide overall operational, logistics, and administrative support to ensure the smooth implementation of field activities.
Support field implementation of TB screening activities in target villages.
Assist field officer in organizing and monitoring contact investigation activities to identify and follow up with individuals at risk of TB infection.
Support the planning and delivery of health education sessions to increase community awareness of TB prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
Support field officer in facilitating community outreach activities.
Provide administrative and logistical support for field officer, including scheduling, transportation, materials, and supplies required for field operations.
Monitor the implementation progress of planned field activities.
Conduct regular follow-up with program field team to track activity implementation, address operational needs, and ensure quality service delivery.
Identify operational or implementation challenges encountered during field activities and communicate them promptly to the Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of field activities, logistics, and administrative processes.
Support data collection and reporting by ensuring timely submission of field activity updates and implementation report.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Community Health Development, Health Sciences, Management, or other related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working on tuberculosis (TB), other health-related, or community-based projects.
Minimum of 2 years of project coordination and grant management experience.
Demonstrate strong commitment to community health-related.
