Consultancy for the Effectiveness Study of Cooking Demonstrations Delivered to Farmers/Caregivers with Children under 5 years

The selected consultant will evaluate caregivers' knowledge and behavioral adoption, examine factors influencing practice adoption such as food affordability, seasonality, and home garden access, assess delivery quality, compare participant outcomes against non-participants, and provide actionable recommendations to refine delivery and inform future program scale-up.

• Relevant advanced qualifications in nutrition, public health, food science, social research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), nutrition-sensitive agriculture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience conducting evaluation studies in nutrition, behavior change, food systems, or community-based programs.
• Strong mixed-methods research skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Knowledge of maternal, infant, and young child nutrition (MIYCN) and complementary feeding practices.
• Sound understanding of rural Cambodian food practices, agriculture, and livelihoods.
• Strong Khmer capacity within the proposed team.
• Demonstrated ability to translate research findings into practical, actionable program recommendations.
