About the role

Manage the day-to-day operations of serviced apartment properties.
Ensure all facilities and common areas are maintained in excellent condition.
Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Handle tenant and guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
Assist in resolving tenant issues and operational concerns promptly.
Support marketing and leasing activities to maintain high occupancy rates.
Prepare lease documentation and monitor contract renewals.
Monitor room availability and occupancy performance.
Maintain accurate records of tenants, leases, and property documentation.
Assist in budgeting and operational expense monitoring.
Liaise with contractors and vendors regarding maintenance and repair.
Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Hospitality Management, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Property management, hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, or related industries for 3 to 5 years.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Strong attention to detail and operational management skills.
Strong communication and interal skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage tenant relationships professionally.
Ability to under pressure and handle emergencies when required.
