About the role

The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless travel experiences for guests throughout their journey in Indochina.
The role focuses on providing personalized guest care, supporting the delivery of high-quality travel experiences, and building strong relationships with guests and trusted partners to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently maintained.
Ensure guests receive exceptional service and smooth travel experiences throughout their journey.
Communicate with guests online regarding tour programs, travel arrangements, and service-related inquiries.
Coordinate with hotels, guides, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure service quality.
Monitor and maintain company service standards during tours and site visits.
Build strong relationships with guests and destination partners.
Prepare service inspection and guest feedback reports with recommendations for improvement.
Assist in enhancing guest experiences and developing new travel experiences/products.
Provide on-site support for VIP guests or special travel arrangements when required.
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, , or related field is preferred Tourism, hospitality, guest relations, or tour operations for 2 to 3 years as a minimum Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related systems/tools.
Strong command of English; additional regional s are an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Flexible and willing to travel frequently across Indochina.
Strong interal skills and cultural awareness.
