About the role

To increase the number of new Instant Accounts activations by providing good-quality services and cross-selling products of ABA Bank through communities, sharing the reputation of branding, and earning more Bank’s value by sharing product knowledge directly with customers.
Identify sales opportunities with new customers to increase the number of Instant Account.
Provide good support and guidance to customers on how to install ABA’s Mobile App and activate the Instant Account.
Educate and guide customers related to functions in ABA Mobile.
Closely control the Instant Accounts activated and take action with inactive accounts.
Build and maintain profitable relationships with New and potential customers to cross-sell other products and services.
Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales volume and growth CASA.
Resolve customer complaints quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
Provide customer feedback and concepts proposal to management to improve products and services.
Keep promoting the Bank’s products and services to increase brand awareness and customer Mobile App usage.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Undergraduate or freshmen in Management, Sales or Marketing, Finance and Banking and/or related fields.
Previous ing experience in retails sales, customer service, and MFI is advantage.
Ability to negotiate and build relationships with prospective customers.
Ability to effectively in a team environment.
Strong sales, customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to travel extensively.
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
