About the role

Increase the sales of the Bank’s products and services through directly engaging with clients, sharing reputation of branding and product knowledge door-to-door, activating Instant Account, registering KHQR, and guiding customer on how to use ABA digital products, ABA Mobile, ABA Merchant, Mobile Banking services, as well as understanding clearly about promotion in the region in order to increase the sales with more merchants and customers.
Identify sales opportunities with new customers to increase the number of Instant Account.
Provide good support and guidance to customers on how to install ABA’s Mobile App and activate the Instant Account.
Educate and guide customers related to functions in ABA Mobile.
Closely control the Instant Accounts activated and take action with inactive accounts.
Build and maintain profitable relationships with New and potential customers to cross-sell other products and services.
Keep customers updated on the latest products and promotion to increase sales volume and growth CASA.
Resolve customer complaints quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
Provide customer feedback and concepts proposal to management to improve products and services.
Keep promoting the Bank’s products and services to increase brand awareness and customer Mobile App usage.
Participate in the booth/road show with customer relations officer to increase sales.
Standy at the assigned branch in order to support the branch activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Management, Sales or Marketing, Finance and Banking and/or related fields.
Previous ing experience in retails sales, customer service, and MFI is advantage.
Ability to negotiate and build relationships with prospective customers.
Ability to effectively in a team environment.
Sales, customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to travel extensively.
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
