About the role

Lead and manage general operations, business development, and operational results of all Modern Agricultural Communities (MACs) that are members of UKMAC in the target province.
Develop and implement provincial strategic plans, annual business plans, operational plans, and goals in line with UKMAC's vision, policies, and standards.
Monitor and coordinate management of agricultural production, finance, administration, commerce, services, members, and other operational functions of MACs in the province.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate the work performance of each community executive director, provincial senior agricultural technician, provincial financial manager, and related staff.
Provide guidance and support to MACs in solving operational, management, production, financial, and market problems.
Seek and develop new market opportunities, and promote joint sales and market contract negotiations for the province's community products.
Coordinate the preparation of production and business plans based on market demand, available resources, and key agricultural products or production systems of the community.
Build and strengthen market linkages with buyers, collectors, processing companies, and.
