About the role

Conceptualize and render high-fidelity 3D models for live event stages, immersive brand zones, and interactive physical installations.
Directly alongside the Creative Director to elevate the agency's visual output and pitch presentations.
Provide accurate technical drawings, dimensions, and material recommendations to ensure the Procurement and Production teams can actually build your vision safely and on budget.
Pioneer the use of new rendering tech.

Requirements

5+ years of 3D environmental or exhibition design experience.
Mastery of 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender) and rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, Enscape, D5 render).
A strong portfolio demonstrating complex, large-scale event or retail structures.
The maturity to autonomously, mentor junior creatives, and present your concepts directly to stakeholders.
Candidates from an advertising agency background often bring experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments, managing marketing-related spend (production, media, creative services), and handling urgent, client-driven deadlines.
