Description

Report to Project officer.
Assist in preparing activity plan for Scholarship Project.
Communicate with education nets to select female students for scholarship program.
Conduct follow up on the situation of scholarship students in the target areas.
Conduct awareness raising for students, parents and authorities on safe migration, human trafficking and violence again women.
Establish peer educator and provide coaching on raising awareness and conducting peer to peer education on issues of safe migration, human trafficking and violence against women.
Help to facilitate education nets to evaluate the status of the scholarship students.
Write project activity reports and record student statistics.
Other tasks requested by Management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in community development, education or relevant disciplines.
Experience working in similar role for 2 years as a minimum.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Good in oral and written Khmer and English.
Proficiency in computer programs, MS office, Excel, and Power Point.
Most importantly, gender sensitive approach and commit to women's rights.
