Restoration and clearance of the Andoung Khmer Canal drainage system.

• Proposals must remain valid for 60 days after the proposal’s due date.
• Proposers shall ensure that they examine all terms, requirements, and formal submission instructions included in the RFPS documents.
• Review the RFPS to ensure they have a complete copy of all required documents.
• Fully inform themselves and comply with the requirements of any relevant authorities and applicable laws that apply to the provision of civil works.
• Failure to meet all requirements and instructions in the RFPS documents, or failure to provide all requested information, may result in rejection of the proposal.
• The completed proposal must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the organization/company and stamped (if applicable).
