About the role

Lead and implement activities with agricultural communities.
Select beneficiaries of the project.
Lead communities to demonstrate and train on fish/snail/freshwater prawn farming integrated with climate change or smart agriculture.
Cooperate with authorities and communities to organize self-help groups of at least 4 groups of 30 families per community.
Provide advice on business operations, management, governance, or technical aspects to community leaders/staff and members.
Market products or connect communities to the market.
Meet with communities or stakeholders to write case studies and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
Develop monthly and quarterly project implementation plans.
Participate in meetings/trainings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy with at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields and vegetable production value chain.
Experience in leading and coordinating business development/marketing communication.
Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Skills in project management, action planning, and budget planning.
Proficient in Khmer (speaking and writing).
English proficiency is a plus.
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Knowledge and experience with Non-Profit Organizations.
Knowledge of agriculture and cooperative development.
Experience in data collection in the community.
