Responsibilities include promoting small business loan products, building and maintaining good relationships with local customers and partners, visiting customers to assess needs and support loan application processes, ensuring application document accuracy, monitoring portfolio quality, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in sales, business development, microfinance, or banking is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, achieve goals, and visit regional customers.
Good knowledge of credit products, customer service, and basic credit processes.
Proficient in MS Office with the ability to prepare clear reports and records.
Honest, active, and committed to high-quality results.
Must reside in Phnom Penh and be willing to work in Kamboul and surrounding areas.
