About the role

Review monthly and annual tax returns and accounting prepared by the team, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with Cambodian tax regulations, and timely submission.
Manage and supervise the team's daily to ensure tax declarations and accounting assignments are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate professionally with clients and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of taxation and accounting regulations and communicate relevant regulatory updates to the team.
Coordinate and collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth flow and service quality.
Support the Tax and Accounting Manager in departmental responsibilities and other assigned projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional experience in taxation and/or accounting for 3 years as a minimum.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use Internet, Email, Telegram, and social media tools effectively.
Good command of English in writing, listening, reading, and speaking.
Good attitude, honesty, patience, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong team, communication, and coordination skills.
