Description

Propose, Design, review and maintenance of excellent route to market strategy which delivers an effective and efficient return for the company.
Undertake route design and mapping for all regions with keen focus on route productivity and resource efficiency.
Identify opportunities in the regions and establish the most effective strategy, routes and means to tap potential sales.
Develop and implement the distributor capability assessment tool to raise the distributor to the same mission with YHS.
Work closely with regional sales team to improve the desired productivity.
Analyze and resolve problems by developing leading edge RTM programs and ensure appropriate controls and reporting tools.
Coordinates the RTM activities and adjusts routes to meet the company and customer needs.
Conduct EDS surveys where appropriate and necessary to determine real outlet universe or use suitable extrapolation techniques to estimate outlet universe.
Ensure the distributor price compliance is executed in assigned territory.
Manage a team with minimum of 4-6 sales representatives to generate high quality of execution and excellent in executive to achieve the assigned KPI.
Prepare and participate in Weekly Operation Review with line manager and monthly regional meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in sales and marketing.
Master's Degree is preferred.
He/she will have at least in sales Management for 10 years.
Route to market specialization experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization for 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
Fluent in English and Khmer.
