About the role
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Reduce manual work and ensure scalable processes amid increasing business complexity.1.1 Identify process bottlenecks and control gaps across core accounting activities1.2 Lead initiatives to eliminate or significantly reduce manual work1.3 Design standardized, automated, and system-driven workflows aligned with best practices and internal controls2 Deliver stable systems that meet business and stakeholder requirements2.1 Support digitization initiatives and accounting system upgrades, including requirement gathering, UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution2.2 Act as a key finance representative during system testing, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization2.3 Ensure accounting rules, approval logic, and control requirements are correctly embedded in systems3 Maintain strong controls and compliance while supporting business execution.3.1 Maintain accurate account balances and oversee timely preparation of reconciliations and aging reports3.2 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements3.3 Prepare and improve audit-ready supporting schedules, reducing audit effort and turnaround time4 Improve finance service quality and stakeholder satisfaction4.1 Drive overall team efficiency and quality by reducing dependency on manual interventions and spreadsheet-based work.4.2 Support and coach internal stakeholders on proper system usage, documentation, and process compliance4.3 Develop and maintain clear SOPs, process documentation, and control narratives5 Support team efficiency and consistent work quality within the AP function5.1 Follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve missing or incorrect documents and analysis code promptly.5.2 Support Requesters to request transactions accurately in Wing Digital to align in accounting system with correct GL and tax codes5.3 Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround time.please make it easy to understand JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fieldsAt least 4 years up in financial accounting within the banking sector and leader roleProven experience identifying manual, repetitive, or high-risk processes and driving improvementsExperience working with ERP systems and finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA)Experience managing transformation initiatives alongside BAU responsibilities APPLY NOW Interested candidates are invited to send a cover letter and CV to Wing at: jobs@wingbank.com.kh Are you ready to be part of Wing?
