Description

Maintain the QuickBooks accounting system and the HQ-approved Chart of Accounts and project/grant coding structure, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions.
Ensure robust internal controls and segregation of duties.
Manage all aspects of financial operations within ChorogUsan Cambodia, including ensuring compliance with Cambodian laws (e.g., LANGO, tax regulations) and donor regulations, optimizing the utilization of restricted grants and sponsorship funds, and maintaining stringent asset safeguarding protocols.
Provide technical financial leadership, reliable and timely reporting to inform decisions by the Country Director and senior leadership, and build the financial capacity of the wider team.
