About the role

Define a multi-year development and fundraising strategy for Rabbit, including a clear rollout plan with concrete funding opportunities and innovative fundraising approaches.
Identify potential donors and cultivate strong relationships with institutional, corporate, and private supporters.
Network with key stakeholders and develop partnerships with local and international NGOs, companies, and s.
Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns throughout the year.
Develop Rabbit’s communication strategy and corresponding rollout plan.
Oversee one Communications Officer and ensure effective implementation of the communications strategy and brand guidelines across platforms.
Produce newsletters and social media content as needed.
Respond to calls for proposals and prepare high-quality funding submissions for existing and new projects.
Support donor reporting by collecting data and preparing impact reports in collaboration with the Program Manager and Finance Manager.
Manage volunteers and interns who assist with fundraising and communications activities.
Support the Managing Director with other reasonable tasks as required.

Requirements

Master's Degree in or equivalent, preferably in development, the humanitarian sector, or.
Relevant experience in sales, development, or fundraising, including strategic planning, lead generation and research, proposal writing, opportunity closing, and narrative reporting for 2 to 3 years.
Proven experience in event project management, including organizing and managing fundraising events for donors and the local community.
Proven experience in relationship management with key stakeholders such as international organizations, embassies, and NGOs.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Canva).
Experience with online communications and marketing, including website maintenance.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong team player with high ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to.
