About the role

To learn and support the delivery of a great customer experience from the moment customers enter the branch to the time they leave by warmly welcoming and greeting them with ABA’s Service Standard, projecting friendly professionalism, accurately referring them to the right banking services and specialists, and proactively identifying their needs through a consultative and needs-based sales approach.
Greet customers upon their arrival and departure by implementing the Bank’s 5- Service Standard to make a positive first impression on customers.
Learn to refer customers to the right and suitable banking services and specialists by maintaining an acceptable level of ABA’s product and service knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with the use of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Cash-in Kiosk Machine (CiM) to ensure fast and convenient transactions and keep them from being conned.
Guide customers in downloading and registering for ABA Mobile App and I-Banking in order to increase number of digital self-service banking.
Actively promote the Bank’s products and services to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
Create effective referral nets including internal relationship, existing customers and local market activities to broadly promote the Bank’ s products and services.
Performed other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

University student or recent graduate in Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Possess good customer service to greeting and assisting customers.
Possess good verbal and written communication skill in both Khmer and English.
Ability to effectively in a team environment.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
