About the role

IT Staff:

  • Facilitate the installation of technology tools in accordance with the organization's standards (communication, document sharing, and request system).
  • Serve as the first responder to users and monitor the request system, escalating to the IT Manager when needed.
  • Inspect security systems for cameras, surveillance, and data backups.
  • Maintain and repair computers, install hardware/software, printers, cameras, card scanners, and install other network devices.
  • Maintain the server room and inspect electrical systems in coordination with the administration department.
  • Assist the IT Manager in reminding staff about technology asset policies and cybersecurity training.
  • Request IT department office supplies monthly.
  • Teach and work with the Education Manager to prepare computer class lessons appropriate for clients' curricula.
  • Plan monthly computer teaching activities and update child attendance for the Education Manager.

- Prepare monthly reports for the IT Manager. Community Staff:

  • Responsible for case management processes (estimating case plans, referring to services, monitoring, and closing cases) for community clients.
  • Develop case management plans and review cases with social workers before clients are ready for reintegration.
  • Facilitate clients in receiving vocational training and finding employment based on their individual case management plans.
  • Teach life skills lessons to client families in the community, individually or in small groups.
  • Communicate with partner organizations to find services to meet the needs of clients and their families.
  • Participate in resolving client issues in the community through case conferences with relevant departments.
  • Responsible for preparing relevant documents, entering data, and keeping client files secure.
  • Arrange support for clients according to their case plans (accommodation, food, education...).

Requirements

IT Staff:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical diploma.
  • At least 2 years of work and teaching experience.
  • General and technical skills.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Email, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, Adopt Photoshop, Adopt Premier, Publisher, and AI.
  • Basic knowledge of computer repair, network connectivity, and security cameras.

  • Age between 24 and 35 years old and possess maturity in work execution.
  • Enjoy teamwork and be creative in work with responsibility.
  • Be diligent, show a positive attitude, be flexible, and patient.

- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to job duties. Community Staff:
