ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a **Software Developer** to join our growing technology team and contribute to building and improving our platform. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Develop, maintain, and improve web applications and platform features. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. - Collaborate with product, design, recruitment, and other teams to understand business requirements. - Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and technical issues. - Optimize application performance, reliability, and security. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation. - Test and deploy new features and improvements. - Stay updated with new technologies and development best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - **1–3 years of experience** in software development; strong fresh graduates with relevant projects are also welcome. - Good understanding of software development principles and programming concepts.Experience with one or more programming languages such as **JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, PHP, or similar**. - Experience with web development frameworks such as **React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar** is an advantage.Understanding of **REST APIs, databases, Git, and version control**.Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. - Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
