About the role

Provide quality service and effective solutions to internal and external customers through supporting card and service products.
Ensure successful Log Card Delivery, prepare reports of SMS confirmation and card capture.
Verify reports/documents with branches and related teams.
Take inbound and outbound calls to respond to enquiries of card and service products.
Provide proper solutions to issues questioned by internal teams and customers, solving problems effectively.
Check confirmation of receiving parcels of Log Card Delivery from branches via email and ensure branch confirmation matches actual card delivery.
Check reports from the card delivery service team for successful delivery and generate reports of delivered card status.
Handle lost/delayed log delivery to branches by liaising with the Express company.
Coordinate with the frontline team in card capture processing flow.
Prepare reports of physical card capture from the terminal team and incoming card capture from branches.
Prepare reports of card tests and their results for sending to the embossing team.
Arrange to deliver back card tests that are still in progress to branches and block error cards temporarily.
Regularly submit monthly batch files to the Card Embossing Team.
Generate SMS confirmation to customers and send log cards to special shift branches.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Banking and Finance, Administration, or relevant field.
None to less experienced is welcome.
Good customer services and communication skills.
Demonstration of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstration of multitasking, time management, and organizing skill.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English (written and verbal), Chinese is a plus.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
Strong dedication to detail and accuracy.
