About the role

Perform posting merchant settlement and ensure activities are done properly on a daily basis.
Reconcile and verify daily transactions posted under end-of-day processing runs to ensure all cardholder transactions, fee charges, and other miscellaneous transactions are posted accurately.
Facilitate new merchant setup processes and verify, execute, and reverse payments to ABA Bank merchant partners and cardholders.
Perform daily monitoring of incoming POS acquiring and provide supporting documents to the dispute team for any abnormal transactions related to chargebacks and retrievals.
Monitor the chargeback suspense account and perform fund adjustments related to cardholder accounts and merchants by unblocking pending amounts upon request and approval.
Prepare monthly debit annual fees for cards including Visa, MasterCard, and UPI.
Generate daily incoming and outgoing files to the E-Payment support team for processing external payment schemes.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in Accounting, Banking & Finance and Administration or relevant field.
Excellent numerical skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and understanding of Bank’s software.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Good interpersonal, team, and problem-solving skills.
Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
