ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Deputy Chief Finance Officer (Deputy CFO) is responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, reporting, and overseeing daily financial operations to ensure the company's financial health and strategic growth. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for real estate projects.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Oversee daily financial operations for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and identify financial risks.
• Ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive financial leadership.
• 3-5 years in a senior real estate finance role.
• Strong financial planning, statements, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and financial reporting expertise.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
