ABOUT THE COMPANY:

A dynamic leader in Cambodia’s freight forwarding and logistics industry, specializing in LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation services for global import/export operations. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

SALE LCL Import & Export (Consolidation) will be responsible for maintaining and acquiring new LCL business, setting competitive rates, and ensuring smooth cross-border operations. This role requires strong market analysis skills, relationship management with international forwarders, and a deep understanding of LCL consolidation processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Master Cambodia's LCL consolidation market dynamics and business practices.
• Set and adjust LCL rates monthly based on market trends and competitive analysis.
• Monitor market dynamics, including new customer entrants and industry shifts, to inform strategic decisions
• Execute sales plans to meet targets, reporting risks or service issues to management promptly
• Coordinate with Chinese factories, logistics partners, and traders to streamline import/export processes
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, customs documentation, and procurement regulations

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1+ year experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with expertise in LCL consolidation and in/outbound shipments
• Fluent English (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus)
• Strong computer literacy and technical skills
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and LCL processing operations
• Proven ability to handle import/export procedures and customs documentation
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent teamwork skills and customer service orientation
• Solid understanding of procurement rules and regulations
• Patient, careful approach to complex logistics operations
