ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client operates in the real estate and property development sector, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving marketing activities, support property leasing, and enhance tenant engagement through creative campaigns, digital marketing, and on-ground activations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Manage social media content and digital marketing activities
• Prepare marketing materials (brochures, posters, presentations)
• Coordinate with tenants on promotions and events
• Support on-site events, activations, and brand initiatives
• Conduct basic market research and prepare marketing reports

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of marketing experience (property/real estate is an advantage)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of social media and basic digital marketing tools
• Creative, organized, and results-driven
