ABOUT THE ROLE:
Officer, People & Culture responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive employee environment, and contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective talent management and compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and scheduling to document verification and reference checks.
• Efficiently handle P&C purchases, maintain HR documents, and ensure accurate payroll administration, including attendance and allowances.
• Manage new joiner processes, staff probation confirmations, and all aspects of employee resignation and exit clearances.
• Track staff movement, secure necessary labor permits (quota, overtime), administer workbooks, and coordinate all HR inspections.
• Organize and conduct induction programs, insurance training, and HR policy refreshers for all staff.
• Coordinate and assist with staff events and various HR-related projects as required.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources. 
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, coupled with a solid understanding of Cambodian labor laws. 
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Khmer
• Problem-solving abilities. 
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
