ABOUT THE JOB

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A leading firm in the Commercial Real Estate and Property Management sector, operating within a global affiliate network and specializing in comprehensive maintenance and operational oversight for commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an executive role for a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager who will provide essential leadership to operational and technical teams, focusing on maximizing efficiency, managing commercial budgets, and ensuring high-quality service delivery under the direction of the Director, Property Management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and manage key client relationships to ensure the provision of a consistently high level of service.
  • Oversee and manage the commercial operations budget, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and associated service costs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that demonstrably improve performance across all facets of business operations.
  • Guarantee full compliance with legislative requirements and the client's/firm's health, safety, and environmental programs.
  • Provide essential technical expertise and support across a wide spectrum of Hard Services to the internal team and the external client.
  • Prepare comprehensive data and reports for use in monthly Operational Reviews.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and provide effective solutions for staff development, training, and performance management.
  • Research and evaluate new technology applications that could enhance business operations or optimize current processes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in Property Management or a related, relevant sector.
  • Prior experience within Commercial, Retail, or Industrial Building management is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage strong working relationships with clients, tenants, and internal personnel, demonstrating strong leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal English and communication skills are mandatory for interacting with a wide range of clients and personnel.
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, reliable, and possess a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong customer focus, promoting team spirit, boosting morale, and subscribing to core company values is essential.
  • Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g., Excel, Word).
