ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading real estate investment company in Cambodia, offering a diverse range of  housing options and running actively developing projects in various locations across Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality goods and services at the most competitive prices , while leading a team and reporting to the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and manage the daily procurement operations.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to approve qualified vendors.
• Analyze vendor proposals and benchmark prices.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives to improve business performance.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all procurement activities.
• Provide accurate analysis reports to the management team.
• Set and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure efficiency.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
• Expertise in time management and multitasking.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and detail-oriented skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and dynamic personality with effective communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
