ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading international real estate firm in Cambodia, specializing in residential property services like sales, leasing, and valuations, with a focus on client satisfaction.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Property Consultant, Residential Services (Chinese speaking) will help clients buy, sell, or rent residential properties by providing expert advice, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Facilitate residential property transactions by assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting.
• Generate new business through cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage client relationships by providing expert advice and maintaining consistent communication.
• Conduct market research and maintain property databases.
• Prepare and showcase property listings on the company website.
• Respond to inquiries and lead property inspections.
• Negotiate deals between clients and property owners/developers.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
• Report daily activities and weekly sales to management.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Based in Sihanoukville with local market knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing experience in Cambodia.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese required; Japanese or Korean a plus).
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
