As an HR Intern with us, you'll be working directly with our team to support the recruitment process for a variety of clients across different industries.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will source, screen, and help hire exceptional talents while building strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to offering stages
• Source potential candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and existing talent pools
• Manage job postings by creating and updating job descriptions in collaboration with clients by adhering to our best practices and principles
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and also candidates
• Proactively communicate with clients on recruitment progress and candidate updates
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations.
• Provide candidates with timely feedback and updates
• Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws
• Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talents
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions
• Experience with social media and professional networking platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving, customer services, digital skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
