ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Residential Supervisor (Front Desk) plays a key role in overseeing daily front office operations within a residential property. This position ensures seamless resident experience, supervises front desk staff, maintains service standards, and supports overall property operations to achieve high levels of resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and professional service delivery
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and concerns
• Supervise, schedule, and support front desk staff to maintain operational efficiency
• Enforce service standards, policies, and procedures to enhance resident satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless property operations
• Manage move-in/move-out processes and maintain accurate operational records
• Train and develop team members to continuously improve service quality

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in front office, residential, or hospitality operations
• Prior supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Good command of English and Khmer
