ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Admin provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, sales contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor order status and proactively update customers on delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and pricing information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, presentations, and meeting coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with finance teams regarding payments, credit terms, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in sales campaigns, promotions, product launches, and other commercial activities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry preferred.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
