ABOUT THE ROLE:

Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration by leading the sales and customer service teams in the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and execute sales and promotional strategies to increase market visibility and hit targets.
• Manage a team of three direct reports, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to exceed KPIs.
• Analyze sales data and competitor trends to guide strategy and present reports to the CEO.
• Represent the company at property tours and events, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage daily sales operations and budgets with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and influence high-performance teams.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a strong background in CRM.
• High integrity, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure with a self-motivated mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and digital research tools.
