As an HR Intern with us, you'll be working directly with our team to support the recruitment process for a variety of clients across different industries.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and enhancement of scalable company software applications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Senior Software Developer  Develop, maintain, and enhance company software applications.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects and internal applications.
• Lead development efforts and guide the team toward successful project delivery.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages/frameworks such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/UDP, HTTP/2, TLS, load balancing, DNS, proxies, and Telegram Bot integration.
• Hands-on experience building scalable APIs, microservices (Docker), distributed systems, and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with database design, data modeling, sharding, transactions, and data consistency.
• Experience working with asynchronous systems including message queues, event-driven architectures, background workers, and stream processing.
• Knowledge of observability tools and practices: metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• High sense of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of Linux systems.
• Knowledge of AI Agents or related technologies is an advantage.
• Experience in HR systems or ERP solutions is a plus.
