ABOUT THE ROLE:

Senior HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring absolute compliance in all payroll and statutory functions while serving as the key liaison to proactively manage and foster positive employee relations within the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure statutory compliance for all payroll functions, including timely salary, tax, and NSSF administration, aligned with Cambodian labor law.
• Manage payroll operations by maintaining accurate records (attendance, leave, etc.) and coordinating seamless salary disbursement and reconciliation with Finance.
• Resolve employee issues by acting as the primary contact for grievances and workplace queries, ensuring resolutions are handled with speed and professionalism.
• Champion workplace culture by implementing company policies, facilitating engagement initiatives, and promoting open communication.
• Mitigate risk by supporting HR investigations, disciplinary actions, documentation, and conflict resolution processes.
• Streamline the employee lifecycle by ensuring a positive and efficient onboarding and offboarding experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of focused HR experience in payroll and employee relations.
• Mandatory expertise in Cambodian labor laws, tax regulations, and NSSF procedures.
• Proven experience utilizing payroll software and HRIS systems.
• High standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and tact.
• Preferred: Prior HR experience in the medical, healthcare, or hospital sector.
