ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Supervisor, Bussiness Intelligence will be responsible for overseeing the entire Business Intelligence function to ensure data-driven insights are delivered accurately and strategically across the diverse conglomerate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of all critical BI reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
• Supervise and mentor the BI team, managing project workloads, ensuring the integrity of data pipelines, and fostering continuous technical skill development.
• Spearhead complex data analysis projects across key business domains (Sales, Finance, Operations) to identify performance trends, uncover efficiency gaps, and pinpoint high-value growth opportunities.
• Collaborate proactively with departmental heads to understand core information needs and effectively translate complex business questions into precise, technical BI requirements.
• Ensure the stability, data quality, and optimal performance of the entire BI ecosystem, including the data warehouse and reporting platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Establish and rigorously enforce standards for data definition, consistency, security, and quality across all reporting and analytical outputs.
  Prepare and present compelling, executive-level reports and data visualizations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings and support strategic business recommendations.
• Continuously research and implement new BI technologies and methodologies to streamline reporting processes and enhance the company's overall data capability.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a closely related role, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with major BI Platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and expert-level skills in writing complex queries using SQL.
  Proven strength in analytical thinking, data modeling, statistical analysis, and complex problem-solving.
• Excellent presentation, report-writing, and comprehensive communication skills in both English and Khmer (essential for technical documentation and executive reporting).
• Experience working with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
