ABOUT THE ROLE **WHAT YOU WILL DO** Develop sales and customer acquisition strategies for pediatric healthcare services.Build relationships with parents, schools, communities, organizations, and potential referral partners.Lead the sales team in providing professional and empathetic consultations to families.Develop strategies to increase patient acquisition, repeat visits, service packages, and customer retention.Ensure all sales activities maintain a high level of professionalism, trust, and confidentiality.Healthcare, medical services, wellness, education, or family-focused service sales experience is highly preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field. - With 3–5 years of sales/business development experience and at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or sales leadership role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Strong sales leadership, consultative selling, negotiation, closing, customer relationship management, and business development skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team. - Proficient in CRM systems, sales pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities. - Fluent in Khmer and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, results-driven, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
