**ABOUT THE COMPANY** A customer-focused lifestyle services company providing laundry, dry-cleaning, and convenient cleaning solutions for individual and business customers, with a focus on service quality and customer retention. **ABOUT THR ROLE** **WHAT YOU WIL DO** Experience in laundry, FMCG, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, subscription, or service businesses is highly preferred.Experience developing both B2C and corporate/B2B customer accounts.Ability to develop partnerships with businesses, offices, hotels, property management companies, and other corporate clients.Strong understanding of customer retention, recurring revenue, subscription, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, - With 3–5 years of sales/business development experience and at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or sales leadership role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Strong sales leadership, consultative selling, negotiation, closing, customer relationship management, and business development skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team. - Proficient in CRM systems, sales pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities. - Fluent in Khmer and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, results-driven, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
